Joe Tacopena (sp) told Scarborough tonight that the forgeries absolutely constitute a crime, and that we should expect to see charges filed soon. Being party to distributing them, if done so with reasonable knowledge that they were fake is also a crime, suggesting that Mapes (and others)is looking at needing a lawyer.
