UPDATE: As you can see, my name (and my sister Jean's!) has been added to the co-signer's list. I received a very nice reply note from Tim Sumner, who along with Debra Burlingame, is co-founder of 9/11 Families for a Safe and Strong America.

Yesterday was an amazing day. I am not complaining when I say during the first six weeks this site has been active we added 150 family members to the original 42 signers of our open letter plus nearly 1100 guestbook signers. But yesterday alone we added 8 more family members plus we had 100 information requests and 1500 guestbook signers.

Let's keep up the traffic to the site, and please pass news of this great effort to anyone you know - especially other families of 9/11 casualties. I'd like to see as many of us as possible get on that co-signers list, to counter the hypocrisy of some of the more vocal Democrats among the families.

Tim also had a caution, of sorts:

I had to clear some memory fast so, as my email alerts me to guestbook entries and I have to go there to post the guestbook anyway, I deleted the email's guestbook alerts from my email to free up space. I may have accidently deleted your mail. I have no way of knowing for sure but let me apologize for that is possibly why you didn't get a confirmation.

So, if you're a relative of a 9/11 casualty and had requested that your name be added as a co-signer, and you don't see your name appear after a couple of days, you may want to try the form again. Email me if you have any additional trouble, and I'll talk to Tim about it.

Thanks to everyone who has offered kind words of support to all of us who lost a loved one on 9/11, and especially to me personally. Together, we can win this fight, at home and abroad.
