Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do
Perhaps it is the Day, or perhaps I have just become so enured to this kind of thing, but I seem to feel not so much disgust for the actions of Ms. Jacobsen and her ilk as I do pity. I think of people like this much like I do the thief on the left (appropriate location, no?), condemning the actions of others so as to justify their own wrong doings. I feel pity for them because they are not just on the wrong of this issue but, just like the thief on the left, I already know where they are headed. The good news is, like the thief on the right (another appropriate location), no matter how bad their crimes, there is still a chance for redemption! I just hope they find that out for themselves in time.

The students who put up the display have decided to press charges. Good for them.
