Paging Nurse Ratchet...

Teddy Kennedy has finally found a way to avoid eventually being charged with Murder (no Statute of Limitations) for the death of Mary Jo Kopechne. It seems he has been certifiably insane for some time now, and no I don't mean insane just for being a liberal Democrat. I mean really, truly insane... and here's the the evidence to prove it.
